With a Degree in Business Management and a focus on Real Estate and Development, Tyler’s passion for the industry began early. Growing up in a family of real estate professionals, he worked alongside his parents, preparing homes for sale, and gaining invaluable insight from a builder’s perspective. His experience as a Marketing Development Manager further refined his ability to craft strategic marketing plans that appeal to buyers’ and sellers’ emotional connections to a home while maintaining statistical relevance in valuations.

 

Beyond his success in real estate, Tyler is dedicated to his community. He has served as the Vice President and Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Santa Barbara Association of REALTORS®, demonstrating his commitment to the industry’s future. For two decades, he has also volunteered as a high school wrestling coach, mentoring young athletes with the same passion and dedication he brings to his clients.

 

At home, Tyler and his wife, Amy, enjoy life in the Santa Barbara foothills, surrounded by their four horses, three dogs, and a growing collection of beloved animals. When he’s not working, you’ll find him skiing world-class resorts, traveling to Hawaii and the South Pacific, or fishing the Channel Islands.
